When we ask our members what keeps them awake most, we hear most often: the war for talent. Acquisition, retention and development of new talent in the Leuven Innovation Region is also an unmistakable spearhead for Leuven MindGate. On Tuesday October 22 we will investigate, together with a number of talent experts, on which concrete challenges we as an active ecosystem can and want to pragmatically make an impact. At the end of the Lab for Talent we commit to realizing a project together. The plan will be further developed in a second phase.
